科技创新大赛初赛在滇沪泰同步启动

 

2025年12月19日，“智汇澜湄·创享未来”——首届澜湄国家科技创新大赛初赛在中国云南、上海与泰国曼谷三地同步启动。大赛由云南省科学技术厅、云南省人民政府外事办公室联合主办，旨在汇聚澜湄区域创新智慧，深化科技合作与成果转化，共同塑造区域发展新未来。

本次大赛面向澜沧江-湄公河流域六国（中国、缅甸、老挝、泰国、柬埔寨、越南）广泛征集来自高校、科研院所及企业的前沿科技创新项目。赛事聚焦生物医药、现代农业、新材料、人工智能及绿色可持续发展等区域共同关注的重点产业领域，设立“企业组”与“团队组”双赛道，通过初赛、复赛、决赛三级赛制选拔优胜者。自启动报名以来，大赛吸引六国优质项目踊跃参与，境外项目占比较高，充分彰显了赛事的国际影响力。

本次初赛采用“网络盲评”机制，由来自澜湄六国的45位资深技术专家、产业领袖及投资人士组成专家评审团，专家们通过线上盲评系统，在隐匿项目所有方信息的情况下，围绕项目技术创新性、市场应用潜力及对区域发展的贡献价值等维度进行独立评审，确保赛事结果的客观、公正与权威。

初赛完成后产生的晋级名单将在大赛官网（stic.csttc.org.cn）正式公布。

"Pooling Wisdom of the Lancang-Mekong" · Creating a Shared Future"

—the Preliminary Round of the First Lancang-Mekong Countries Science and Technology Innovation Competition Launched Simultaneously in Yunnan, Shanghai and Thailand

 

On December 19, 2025, "Pooling Wisdom of the Lancang-Mekong · Creating a Shared Future"—the Preliminary Round of the First Lancang-Mekong Countries Science and Technology Innovation Competition Launched Simultaneously in three locations: Yunnan, China; Shanghai, China; and Bangkok, Thailand. The competition is jointly hosted by the Yunnan Province Science and Technology Department and the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, aiming to pool the innovative wisdom of the Lancang-Mekong region, deepen scientific and technological cooperation and achievement transformation, and jointly shape a new future for regional development.

 

The competition is open to the six Lancang-Mekong countries (Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam) to widely solicit cutting-edge science and technology innovation projects from higher education institutions, research institutes, and enterprises. The competition focuses on key sectors such as biomedicine, modern agriculture, new materials, artificial intelligence, and green sustainable development. It is divided into two categories: the "enterprise group" and "team group", and selects qualifiers through a three-tier competition system of preliminary round, semi-final, and final. Since the registration opened, the competition has attracted active participation from high-quality projects from the six countries, with a relatively high proportion of overseas projects, fully demonstrating the event's international influence.

 

The preliminary round adopts an "Blind Review" mechanism. An expert review panel composed of 45 senior technical experts, industry leaders, and investors from the six Lancang-Mekong countries conducts independent evaluations through an Online Anonymous Scoring system, where information about the project owners is concealed. The evaluations focus on dimensions such as the projects' technological innovation, market application potential, and contribution value to regional development, ensuring the objectivity, fairness, and authority of the competition results.

 

After the completion of the preliminary round, the list of qualified participants will be officially announced on the official website (stic.csttc.org.cn).
